PEC Lunch, Bishop Visit (Internal)

We have the new Bishop of Worcester visiting the deanery on Tuesday 12^th May and he is planning to come to St Peter's at 12:45 for a church service followed by at 1:15 a lunch which will members of clergy from the deanery hopefully in the PEC.

I wondered if there was any possibility of moving you time slot to slightly later 3pm? to accommodate the lunch in the PEC, if this does not work would there be any possibility of postponing the session.
